FOOD4U believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. We at Food4U commit ourselves to serving our customers with the best cooked meals. Every single meal that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for hygiene and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our service. We carry out thorough quality check before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won’t get spoiled or contaminated during transit. Please note that Food4U is not liable for untoward incidents that are caused to individuals after consumption of the food. We will proceed to issue an auto refund of your purchase only on failed orders. Therefore, Under this policy:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders are confirmed and already under process by vendors/restaurants and they have initiated the process of cooking the meals.

Auto cancellation by admin may happen at times when we may not have the food(s) that you choose in stock, or restaurants may face some issues with inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be intimated about it in advance so that you don't have to worry unnecessarily about your order.

FOOD4U does not accept cancellation requests for orders, which have been delivered successfully. However, refund/replacement can be considered if the customer establishes that the quality of the food packaging is not good/hygienic before accepting the delivery. Proof of such delivery is to be authenticated only by our delivery agents who are already equipped with photo uploading feature in the delivery personnel app.

If you have purchased via Online payment (not Cash on Delivery), then you will be refunded once our team confirms and approves your request.

In case of any Refunds approved by FOOD4U, it’ll take 3-5 Days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
Changes To Our Cancellation & Refund Policy
Should we update, amend or make any changes to this document so that they accurately reflect our Service and policies. Unless otherwise required by law, those changes will be prominently posted here. Then, if you continue to use the Service, you will be bound by the updated Cancellation & Refund Policy. If you do not want to agree to this or any updated Cancellation & Refund Policy, you can delete your account.
