• "You" means the individual accessing the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Delivery processing times

All Orders are processed within 30-90 MINUTES. Orders are not taken and neither shipped or delivered on closed business days.

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, deliveries may be delayed by a few minutes to an hour. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in delivery of Your Order, we will send notifications and updates accordingly through the FOOD4U app.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  Delivery cost: Rs.35 (Minimum)

  Estimated delivery time: 30-60 minutes

  Delivery cost: Free for orders above Rs. 1300

  Estimated delivery time: 30-60 minutes

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Order confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive an Order Confirmation Notification once your Order is prepared by the Restaurant and handed over to the delivery agent. The Real time tracking will be active immediately until the food is delivered.

Damages

FOOD4U is not liable for any food items being contaminated or damaged packaging during transit. We follow strict policy regarding health and hygiene with respect to Food Packaging and Delivery Agent behavior and conduct. Our delivery agents are equipped with proper delivery containers and delivery proofing system. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the concerned Restaurants to file a claim.
